With a combined experience of over 25 years in the IT sector, we have experienced first hand the evolution in not just technology, but how the requirements of those that work in the sector have changed. We have moved past offshoring, right-shoring and shared services to a much less homogenous IT environment where talent can be much more discerning over the roles and lifestyle it chooses to take. We are in new territory; the gig economy is taking off, more and more people are taking up portfolio careers, people can truly work from anywhere and demand for technology talent has never been higher.
